  1. frequency analysis of files of type TEXT. Unbiased means
  2. that all printing characters (from ASCII 32 to 255) are
  3. considered in the analysis. Kerning Pairs, of course, are
  4. pairs of characters that can appear in text and that can
  5. have kerning applied between them. Frequency Analysis means
  6. that every pair combination is counted each time it
  7. appears. Pairing Knife writes a report of the relative
  8. frequency of kerning pair combinations to a TEXT file
  9. called Pairing Knife.TXT. You can use this file to help
  10. establish a kerning strategy.
